Reverting without explanation is Vandalism

I updated Bolivia and Turkmenistan, and reshaped the EU microstates to their original size.

Why does user called Ty Rzac keeps reverting the updated map. No explanation, nothing. I'm considering to report him to admin board if he keeps doing it.--Free ottoman (talk) 21:56, 4 February 2013 (UTC)
