Please show sources for these data. Also, what are the determinants? from to what number of GDP is Less developed regions (red colour), Transition regions (yellow colour) and More developed regions (blue colour)? Subtropical-man talk

I got the data from the EU's official website for regional policy, specifically here: http://ec.europa.eu/regional_policy/what/future/eligibility/index_en.cfm or alternately in PDF form here: http://ec.europa.eu/regional_policy/what/future/img/eligibility20142020.pdf
As it says in the PDF, less developed regions are those whose GDP per capita is less than 75 percent of the EU average, transition regions are between 75 and 90 percent of the average, and more developed regions are above 90 percent of the average.
