The picture is very, very misledading. First it suggests a power status is on/off thing, second it uses some kind of absurd classification. Say Prussia after Thirty Years' War was devastated and weak small country. One could argue with almost every item in the graph. Pavel Vozenilek 19:06, 8 October 2006 (UTC)
