The image incorrectly includes jurisdictions which are specifically excluded in some of the IGAs, notably Svalbard and (subject to interpretation) the French Scattered Islands. Farolif (talk) 00:23, 19 May 2014 (UTC)Reply

The small circles around Madagascar are Mayotte and Reunion, overseas departments of France, not the Scattered Islands. Yes, Svalbard should be gray. I also suggest adding small gray circles for all inhabited jurisdictions, especially in the Caribbean, so it is easier to identify what the colored circles are. Moreover, I think that the circles for Northern Cyprus and Nagorno-Karabakh should be gray. Heitordp (talk) 06:21, 19 May 2014 (UTC)Reply
More precisely, the circles in the southern Indian Ocean are Mayotte, Reunion, and independent Mauritius. That part makes more sense now. There are other corrections, though.
We also should look at the circles in the Caribbean. It looks like Bonaire and Curaçao along the coast of Venezuela are noted, however there should also be a pair of dots in the northernmost Leeward Islands for Saba and Sint Eustatius as special municipalities of Netherlands.
Bermuda needs a circle for Type 2 agreement.
It doesn't look like Hong Kong has an indicator for a Type 2 agreement in substance.
Among Australia's external territories, a circle for (at least) Norfolk Island might be in order due to its tax haven status. Farolif (talk) 11:02, 19 May 2014 (UTC)Reply
I removed Svalbard, Northern Cyprus and Nagorno-Karabakh, added Norfolk Island, and made circles for all jurisdictions visible. Bermuda and Hong Kong are more clear now.
The circles for Saba, Sint Eustatius, Christmas Island and Cocos Islands aren't programmed in the file yet so I'd have to figure out their locations first. For Saba and Sint Eustatius, I'd also have to move the other Caribbean circles around to fit two more. But is that really necessary? ISO treats the Caribbean Netherlands as one jurisdiction with code BQ, so I think one circle located in Bonaire is enough. Heitordp (talk) 20:50, 20 May 2014 (UTC)Reply
