Misleading vertical axis

The vertical axis should start at $0, or a broken line on placed between the "floor" and the lowest figure, so the graph does not look misleading with a casual glance (people naturally assume a graph starts at 0).--Lostart 20:48, 9 May 2006 (UTC)
