I don't think this is the right function. I believe f(0) for the function with the given values of thee constants should be ~.23599

I agree with that. Furthermore the point of maximum growth should be (based on the parameters) around x=0.5, but the graph shown has it the point of maximum growth (where the curve shows an inflection point) closer to x~= 0.1.
