A note
editDoes anyone know where I can find some good information about marine biology? This website is awesome so I printed all of it but if anyone knows where I can find more information please post a note on this website. - Some of the information here is from Nova. Nova had a really interesting program called "King of Camauflage", whose website can be found in the reference section of the article, or going to http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/nova/camo/. It was one of the best and most interesting Nova episodes I've seen. Check out libraries near you to see if they have that Nova episode. I know a lot of libraries keep a collection of Nova episodes. Granted, this won't do you much good for a project, because you probably finished it since February (not much happens on [most] Image discussion pages), but it's great if you're still interested.
Now that that's answered, I have a question for you, or anyone else looking at the picture. What are those two cuttlefish doing to each other? Kevin 22:02, 29 August 2007 (UTC)
- Says here they're "interacting" which is the most delightful euphemism for "fucking" I've ever heard.220.14.50.162 (talk) 13:44, 24 June 2009 (UTC)
- Wikipedia is not censored and there are plenty of words we can use like "copulating" which are good scientifically and not vulgar. Interacting means just that. Why exactly they are doing this we do not know, but it could for example be a dominance thing, not a sexual thing, or many other kinds of behavior. Invertzoo (talk) 00:21, 2 August 2012 (UTC)
