This Map Is Outdated

I do not know how to update the map. It is a .svg file and I do not know anything about them and I really am tired of these Wiki Police assuming that everybody knows how to edit .svg files. Instead of reverting "unsourced" edits these Wiki Police are welcome to edit the file with the references that they can find themselves, ... or The Wiki Police can teach me how to edit a .svg file.
