Fair use rationales should not be entirely contained within transcluded templates. This makes it impossible for people to see what the rationale is in database dumps, and for many bots. It's not an issue with betacommand bot, it's just good practice. - cohesion02:22, 26 July 2007 (UTC)Reply
Yes, I understand this better now. I understand that some people have said that it's a good idea, but I don't see how it's better personally. Transcluded templates are used in many place. I don't see how this hurts a database dump. I was not trying to make a WP:POINT. I'm trying to keep images alive in what I think is the easiset way. Please stop the WP:PA.
