I have no idea if File:Hobe-Wappen.png is acceptable on English Wikipedia. I do know that it may not be acceptable on Wiki Commons (because someone on German Wiki[pdia has flagged that as so), but if is not acceptable on English Wikipedia then please discuss it with me and explain why it is not acceptable of English Wikipedia and is acceptable on German Wikipedia -- specifically as Britain is part of the EU and presumably has the same copyright laws as Germany. -- PBS (talk) 19:24, 3 August 2014 (UTC)
