Threshold of originality / de minimis

@Randykitty: About Special:Diff/831906612, I was trying to think and tried searching for the name of another medical journal cover similar to this one. Unfortunately I can't find the journal cover anymore, but it was kept on Wikimedia Commons after going through a deletion request. The decision to keep was due to low resolution and the logo being a small part of the cover de minimis and the rest was clearly {{PD-text}}, as is the case here.

I still believe this file is eligible for {{NFUR not needed}} and subsequently {{Move to Commons}} at this low resolution (97 × 142 pixels). 84.250.17.211 (talk) 14:26, 23 March 2018 (UTC); edited 14:27, 23 March 2018 (UTC)
