don't know where to say this but heard that the Electric company wants the customers to pay???? For the testing of Earthquake????/Not the Shareholders>>>>Bloody WRONG!!!! They have the funds, they have our hard earn money, so they should pay for the testing. Unless they don't live in California and don't care what happens here?? thank you for letting me speak out.
