Fair Use Dispute

Fair use is disputed how? According to the deletion template added, because my rationale doesn't include the name of the article where the image is to be considered fair use. Except it does! Read the Copyright template again and you will see the name of the article clearly present at the end of the first paragraph. However, for the sake of humor, I added the non-free use rationale template which did not exist at the time I uploaded the image. It seems to me that instead of nominating it for deletion, it would have been better to just update the page yourself. It's not like the original uploader holds all the secrets to an image. –ArmadniGeneral (talk • contribs) 22:08, 19 January 2008 (UTC)

I was following Wikipedia:RAT item number 2. There a was rationale provided, but the rationale did not state: The name of the article the image is used in must be included in the rationale.--Rockfang (talk) 01:02, 20 January 2008 (UTC)
