SE Estonia around 1000 AD ?

The first documented control (conquest) of what is now southeastern Estonia by Kievan Rus' occurred only in 1030. Thus it is chronologically inaccurate, or highly speculative at best, to mark any territories west of Lake Chudskoe (Lake Peipus) as belonging to Kievan Rus' already on, or "around", the year 1000.
