How do I respond to OrphanBot?

OrphanBot's complaint about lack of a fair use justification was added after what seems to be a perfectly good fair use justification. I've left messages at User talk:Carnildo and at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions, so far to no avail. So is there something else I'm supposed to do? - Jmabel | Talk 18:43, 10 February 2007 (UTC)
