this bears no resemblance to the hexagons i learned about in school. I refuse to accept that this is a hexagon.

It's not a wholly convex hexagon... but it has six sides, all of equal length. Things aren't always as simple as you think. DS (talk) 15:40, 20 March 2010 (UTC)
