No, because - as I understand it - even if the subject is non-copyright, the grab was taken from that subject featuring in a copyright documentary. If we had a photo someone had uploaded of a can, which they had taken themselves, that would be different. Angmering (talk) 09:00, 24 October 2008 (UTC)
