As is being discussed here, I have a new, high quality SVG version of this image that I wish to upload. I understand the desire for low-resolution restrictions on non-free images, to dissuade copyright infringement; but believe this is unnecessary for this image because of the preexisting permission the rights holder has already granted in The Perl Camel FAQ for non-commercial reuse. I would upload my file as a new image due to the "-small.png" suffix, and lack of permission from the original uploader ( Freezo ), but wanted confirmation how to proceed before uploading this improved image.
- Looks like we have an answer... The SVG image isn't allowed (unless it comes from O'Reilly directly, perhaps.) - Loren Osborn 5:45, 6 April 2016 (UTC)
