All the images on the site will mostly be from the archives’ of Preston City Council. All permissions to publish the pictures has been given by the council. The only reason the tags have not been correct is the complexity and lack of clear examples showing which bits are code and which is text such as {{}} every link suggested on Wikipedia displays page after page of content on legal issues.. what not to do...but nothing on where the information goes, how the tag is built up (the use of pipes and brackets) Thanks Mark
