how long and how far has orions belt been moving away from each other?

The stars that make up the asterism called "Orion's Belt" aren't particularly close to each other; it's a fluke of their positions and brightnesses that they look that way. Alnitak is ~800 light years away, Mintaka (a double star) is ~915 light years away, and Alnilam is ~1340 light years away. So the answer to your question could very well be "always".
