Shadows

I've always thought the shadows in this image were a bit odd. Would a luminous body cast a shadow? Instead, wouldn't the area in proximity to a star actually be brighter than more distant locations? I would think the image could simply depict the stars in space. - Parsa (talk) 20:36, 19 October 2010 (UTC)
