I have something regarding the issue tag. The cover only consists of this Warner Bros. logo that was licensed as only having simple geometric shapes and/or text, therefore it was in the public domain, and simple text saying "I'm Not Your Hero". If there's only simple shapes and letters in this image it would be in the public domain since "It does not meet the threshold of originality needed for copyright protection," according to the tag. I'd like to see why this is in need of a non-free license and rationale. 和DITOREtails 21:34, 12 November 2014 (UTC)

That is primarily used for things like octagons or pure text and things like that. Even if a font is copyrighted, however, that could lead to violations without proper attribution. I actually question why the Warner Bros logo was included in commons, but regardless, the logo on the album is not the same as in commons, so it should be tagged as fair use.--Esprit15d • talk • contribs 13:46, 13 November 2014 (UTC)
