I can understand why the rather vague and grandiose western claims of the 13 colonies/states were left off, but I am unclear why Maine (then part of Massachussetts) and West Virginia (then part of Virginia) are excluded. --Khajidha (talk) 01:26, 15 March 2016 (UTC)
