Permission of use

The Photo on the scanned cover of this Tibet Charity issue was taken by me, Efrat Nakash. I asked specifically about this use: "I scanned the cover page with my photo you published, and would like to be more specific about one use: may I upload a thumbnail to Wikimedia, which will then become public. I am talking about a thumbnail 150px wide, which I want to add to my list of publication. I want to upload it licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 License."
I received the following reply from the editor: You are welcome to use the scan and hope it will benefit you and many others. --Efrat Nakash (talk) 10:40, 17 January 2012 (UTC)
