picture improvement opportunity

This is an amazing picture... until I read the Featured picture descriptors. ugh! I feel like one could improve the Waffle article indirectly by replacing this with a better picture. Some notes:

The position of the strawberries relative to the waffles kinda provide an optical illusion that makes the picture tilted/off center
There is glare on the strawberries (Wikipedia:What is a featured picture?/Examples of technical problems "blown out highlights")
Zooming in very closely, there are JPEG artifacts
