Very useful, but it could use a bit more context.

I would like to see a more verbose description giving us more context.

Made-up examples:

"The discontinuity in 2011 is an artifact caused by the counting method changing"
"The discontinuity in 2011 reflects a mass desysopping [link]"
"The difference between inactive1 and inactive2 is that inactive2 doesn't count page moves as activity"
"The raw data used to create these graphs is here: [link]."

Another suggestion: Take a look at the file history to see how I modified File:Wikimedia Foundation financial development multilanguage.svg to make it more accessible to editors who are colorblind.
