Horse Island is an island in the Detroit River, in southeast Michigan.[2][3][4] It is in Wayne County.[5] Its coordinates are 42°04′55″N 83°11′06″W / 42.08194°N 83.18500°W[1], and the United States Geological Survey gave its elevation as 571 ft (174 m) in 1980.[1] Walleye can be caught there.[6][7]
