Adam Michael Bagni (/ˈbæɡni/; born in Taunton, MA) is a former American journalist and sportscaster.

Biography

editBagni is a graduate of La Salle University in Philadelphia. While at La Salle, he served as general manager of WEXP and was the play-by-play voice for campus radio sports broadcasts.[1][2] He was also a writer for the Collegian.
Career
editBagni is a former reporter at WCVB in Boston.[3] He left the station and was named Director of Communications and Community Relations at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in 2020.[4] Previously, he was an anchor/reporter at KPNX[5] in Phoenix, where he also contributed to the station's investigative unit.[6] He was previously a reporter at WHDH in Boston[7][8] and the Massachusetts bureau reporter,[9][10] and a sports anchor/reporter,[11][12] for WJAR. During his time there, he also worked on radio as a flash anchor on WEEI.[13]
Previously, he was the sports director at WNCF.[14][15][16][17] He left the station in March 2011.[18][19][20][21][22][23][24]
Bagni has received multiple Emmy Award nominations by the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences,[25][26] as well as honors from the National Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association, Alabama Broadcasters Association[27][28] and Pennsylvania Association of Broadcasters.[29]
