Jesús María Ramón Valdés (15 March 1938 – 7 January 2016) was a Mexican politician affiliated with the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI).[1] In 2006–2012 he served as a senator during the 60th and 61st sessions of the Congress of the Union, representing Coahuila.[2] He also served in the Chamber of Deputies during the 59th Congress (2003–2006), for Coahuila's first district, and as municipal president of Ciudad Acuña in 1982–1984.[3]
