José Luis Pintos Saldanha (born 25 March 1964 in Artigas) is a former Uruguayan footballer.[1] He was nicknamed "Chango" during his career.

International career
editPintos Saldanha made 19 appearances for the senior Uruguay national football team from 1987 to 1991,[1] including an appearance at the 1990 FIFA World Cup finals.[2] He also played in the 1989 and 1991 Copa América.
