José João Manuel, known as Jota, is the ambassador of Angola to Mozambique.[1][2] He has previously been Angola's ambassador to Israel (2001-2014);[3][4] Serbia, Bulgaria, and Romania (2014-2017);[5] and the Democratic Republic of the Congo (2017-2019).[6]
