Leo Chen-jan Lee

Lee Chen-jan (Chinese: 李澄然; pinyin: Lǐ Chéngrán) is a Taiwanese diplomat and politician. He was the Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Executive Yuan in 2016–2018.[1] From 2023, he has been serving as the vice chairman of the Association of Foreign Relations (AFR) since his election in late 2022.

Lee obtained his bachelor's degree from National Taiwan University in 1976 and master's degree from University of London in the United Kingdom in 1982.
