Leila Cássia dos Santos Silva (born 23 October 1996) is a Brazilian rugby sevens player.

Silva competed in the 2020 Summer Olympics.[1] She represented Brazil at the 2022 Rugby World Cup Sevens in Cape Town, they placed eleventh overall.[2][citation needed]

She was originally named as a traveling reserve for Brazil, but competed at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris.[3][4]
