Colima Airport (Spanish: Aeropuerto Nacional de Colima); officially Aeropuerto Nacional Licenciado Miguel de la Madrid (Licenciado Miguel de la Madrid National Airport) (IATA: CLQ, ICAO: MMIA) is an airport in Colima, Mexico. It manages domestic air traffic for the city of Colima and supports executive and general aviation activities. Operated by Aeropuertos y Servicios Auxiliares (ASA), a federal government-owned corporation, the airport is named after former President of Mexico Miguel de la Madrid. In 2022, the airport handled 169,516 passengers, increasing to 201,243 in 2023.[1]

The airport is located at an elevation of 752 metres (2,467 ft) and covers an area of 386 hectares (950 acres). It features a 2,300 metres (7,500 ft) long asphalt runway. The apron, measuring 16,200 square metres (174,000 sq ft), includes three parking positions for narrow-body aircraft and additional spaces for small aircraft and helipads.

The passenger terminal, a single-story structure, serves arrivals and departures, providing standard services typically found at regional airports. These services include parking facilities, a check-in area, a security checkpoint, a baggage claim area, an arrivals hall with car rental services and taxi stands, and a departure concourse with two gates offering direct access to the apron, allowing passengers to board their planes by walking to the aircraft. Additionally, the airport houses cargo companies and includes a dedicated general aviation terminal for executive and general aviation, as well as administrative facilities.
