- ^ Ballston Law College closed in the 1860s. It was first situated in Ballston Spa, NY, but had moved to Poughkeepsie, NY in 1853.
- ^ At its 1904 revival, the chapter absorbed Mu Pi Lambda (local), which had originated in 1899.
- ^ The chapter originated in 1852 as the Kappa chapter of St. Anthony Hall, the common name for Delta Psi. A year after its establishment it withdrew to join Theta Delta Chi.
