Malik Benson (born October 17, 2002) is an American football wide receiver for the Florida State Seminoles. He previously played for Hutchinson Community College and Alabama.

High school career
editBenson attended Lansing High School in Lansing, Kansas. During his high school career, he had 1,119 receiving yards and 11 touchdowns.
College career
editBenson attended Hutchinson Community College for two years coming out of high school. As a freshman, he had 43 receptions for 1,229 yards and 11 touchdowns and as a sophomore he had 54 receptions for 923 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns.[1][2] The 2,152 receiving yards is a school record.[3][4]
Benson was considered the top junior college recruit in 2023, and committed to play for the University of Alabama.[5][6]
On January 3, 2024, Benson announced that he would be entering the transfer portal.[7] He committed to Florida State four days later.[8]
