Please check border coordinates

Just letting know that the geolocalization of the Sumy region map, i.e. border coordinates of the Localization map, seem to be incorrect at least in en/de wikipedia. When plotting e.g. cities of this area using the current border coordinates, they seem to be placed erroneously. Kindly consider using the revised border coordinates used e.g. in uk/ru/fi wikipedia (you may access through wikidata). Those seem to work ok. BR, User:Paju
