The Mumbai C.S.M.T – Mangaluru Jn. – Mumbai C.S.M.T SF Express is a Daily Superfast Express train of the Indian Railways runs between Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai in Maharashtra and Mangalore Junction of Karnataka. Background
editIn 2009 it was run as Mumbai–Karwar Tri-weekly Superfast Express, after within a year on 14 August 2010 the Union minister of state for railways K. H. Muniyappa flagged off Mumbai CST–Karwar Tri-weekly Superfast Express Train, the service of which has now been extended to the city, from Mangalore Junction. Its frequency also increased from tri weekly to daily.[5]
