NBC Trade Fair is an African exhibition established in 2018. The trade fair is a two to three day event with focus on African products and small and medium-sized enterprises.[1][2]

NBC Trade Fair also known as Naija Brand Chick Trade Fair was founded in 2018 by Nelly Agbogu.[3][4]

The first NBC Trade Fair held in September 2018, in Lagos Nigeria and recorded over 160 exhibitors.[5]

Events

The fair majorly focuses on MSMEs, and has grown to be one of the biggest trade fairs for small and medium-sized business enterprises in Nigeria. It has received partnership and sponsorship from the Lagos State Government[6][7] and several organizations including Sterling Bank, WEMA Bank, MTN, Access Bank, SMEDAN, Main Stack.[8][9]

In 2024, five trade shows were held across several states including Kano, Benin, Lagos, Asaba, Port Harcourt and Ibadan.[10] The 6th edition of the NBC Trade fair, which held at Oregun, Ikeja  had over 200 exhibitors and more than 30,000 attendees.[11][12]

The NBC African Trade Fair was held at InterContinetal London - The 02 on August, 2024.[13][14] The fair hosted over 150 exhibitors and is the first international NBC trade fair.
