Olena Olehivna Fedorova (Ukrainian: Олена Олегівна Федорова; born 14 November 1986) is a Ukrainian diver from Mykolaiv.[3]

She has competed at the 2004, 2008 and 2012 Summer Olympics.[4] She competed in the individual 3 m springboard at the 2004 and 2008 Games, and in the individual and synchronised 3 m springboard events at the 2012 Summer Olympics.[4] In the synchronised event, she competed with Hanna Pysmenska.[4]
