History
editThe airline was established in 1999 by Serge Charron.[10] Since then, the company has established itself as an independent regional airline in Quebec and claims to be the largest in the province. Pascan connects 10 destinations throughout Quebec, Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland and Labrador.[5]
