Pilur is a village on the Albanian Riviera in Vlorë County, Albania.[1] It is part of the Himarë municipality.[2]

Demographics
editThe village of Pilur is inhabited exclusively by an Albanian-speaking Orthodox Albanian population.[3][4]
History
editIn 1720, the villages of Himara, Palasa, Ilias, Vuno, Pilur and Qeparo refused to submit to the Pasha of Delvina.[5]
