Is this a primary or secondary source?
edit;International relations
History of the Soviet Union
Under the title "NATO Expansion: What Gorbachev Heard", the National Security Archive at George Washington University releases documents from five countries relating to assurances the Soviet Union was given regarding NATO expansion, including James Baker's legendary dictum of "not one inch eastward" to Mikhail Gorbachev. (Institute for Public Accuracy)
I think I wrongly stated in the edit summary that the source used here would be a primary source. I rather think the IPA is a secondary source here, since the National Security Archive is the publisher and thus the primary source. But I'm not sure. Wakari07 (talk) 21:27, 15 December 2017 (UTC)
- User:Wingwraith has a third option: not a reliable source. Lol. How unsurprising. Where is the censor with the List of reliable sources? Wakari07 (talk) 04:34, 16 December 2017 (UTC) Wakari07 (talk) 04:34, 16 December 2017 (UTC)
