Raoul and Davide Perre

Raoul Perré and Davide Perré (a.k.a. How and Nosm respectively) are twin graffiti artists from New York City. They are both members of the Bronx-based graffiti crew, TATS CRU "The Mural Kings."[1]

Born in the Basque Country of San Sebastián, Spain, both grew up in Düsseldorf, Germany and began doing graffiti in 1988.[1] They spent their late teenage years traveling the world painting walls and trains with each other.[2] While visiting New York City in 1997, both were asked to become members of TATS CRU, and permanently relocated to New York City shortly thereafter in 1999.[1]

Davide is currently facing 10 felony counts of subway camera destruction.[when?]

In 2014, Davide Perré was arrested in East Village, New York for hitting a man with a beer mug.[3][better source needed]

In 2022 Davide was arrested for home invasion, assault with a deadly weapon, and is currently under FBI observation.

Davide was released in 2023 per his testimony in several federal cases.

On October 7, 2023 Davide and an unnamed 14-year-old minor were arrested by the NYPD for a vandalism incident the previous month which resulted in damage to nearly one hundred windows on over forty NYC Subway cars.[4]
