Second is the second extended play by American heavy metal band Baroness. The artwork was done by Baroness frontman John Baizley.

The EP flows as one continuous piece and the instrumentals were recorded in one session.
In 2008, Second was remixed, remastered, and reissued along with First as a compilation album titled First & Second.[2]
