Stephen Wandu Bimo also known as Ambassadeur Koko is a South Sudanese refugee based in Uganda, he is a humantarian worker and the founder of "I CAN SOUTH SUDAN". [1][self-published source?][2][failed verification] Wandu is a gospel musician, and a activist.[3][unreliable source?] Wandu is also the founder of (REWO) Refugee Woman Organization [4].
Background and Early life
editWandu was born on 9 November 1985 in South sudan from a family of nine children, he is the first born to the late Henry Wandu Bimo and Grace Wenepai Enosa. Wandu went to Central Africa Republic in 1990 when the war breakout between Sudan people Liberation Movement (SPLM) and the Bashir government of North Sudan.[citation needed]
Wandu and the family settled in Central African Republic in the refugee settlement in Mboki where he grew up. Wandu return to south Sudan on voluntary repatriation in 2000.[3] In 2016, Wandu left south Sudan to Uganda where he seek asylum and settle as a refugee.[3][unreliable source?]
Education and works
editWandu graduated with a diploma in public relations. In 2010, he was elected to be the president of the artist association in western Equatorial State.[citation needed]
In 2011, Wandu competed in composing the South Sudan national anthem.[3][unreliable source?] Wandu has worked as a musical teacher for primary schools in South Sudan, Sunday school and street children.[5][self-published source?]
Music
editWandu started performing music with the Mbaraza gospel band in 2006.[6] In 2008, Wandu started a Solo career as a singer with the music name Ambassadeur Koko.[3][unreliable source?] [7][failed verification][8][failed verification] His music is a mixture of Afro, Zouk, Raggae, R&B, Rock and Lingala genre.
