Sylvains-les-Moulins (French pronunciation: [silvɛ̃ lɛ mulɛ̃]) is a commune in the Eure department in Normandy in northern France. On 1 January 2016, the former commune Villalet was merged into Sylvains-les-Moulins.[3]
