I'll take this. Passes the criteria at first glance, just some recommendations to tighten the text:

  • Is there any way you could link 'run chase' for the reader's benefit?
  • "...despite the match having two reserve days" → "even though the match had two reserve days," to avoid noun + -ing construction
  • "...aided primarily by a score of 139 not out by Viv Richards, for which he was named man of the match", who was later named
  • "Garner's bowling was once again miserly in the quarter-final against Kent, in which he conceded five runs in nine overs" → "Garner's bowling was once again miserly in the quarter-final against Kent; he conceded five runs in nine overs..."
  • "...and a 15 minute tea interval after 25 overs", 15-minute should be hypenated.
  • "He cited the talent of Richards as their primary asset, but also asserted that they were "not a one man side"."
  • "Jack Alridge praised Long's captaincy in the final, highlighting the use of slower bowling against Richards as Ian Botham as being particularly commendable," reads clunky.
  • Row and col scopes could be added to the tables per MOS:DTT.

Prose is clear and concise, references are presented accordingly. No dab or dead links. Three images have appropriate licence. Comes up fine on the copyvio detector. Shall pass once comments have been addressed. Lemonade51 (talk) 18:12, 6 December 2015 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for the review. I am super-busy off-wiki at the moment, but I'm hoping to sneak in some time for this at the weekend. Harrias talk 19:50, 10 December 2015 (UTC)Reply
