• Also the above sentence needs referencing since BBC Sport features no mention of the ground the match was played at
• "Rochdale faced Darlington in their play-off semi-final, with the first leg being held at Balfour Webnet Arena ." - the full stop and the final word of this sentence should not be separated by a space
• "In the first leg Rochdale lost 2–1 away from home in a match played at the The Darlington Arena on 10 May 2008" - sentence should be removed and the one above reworded?
• Above sentence needs referencing since BBC Sport does not mention where the fixture occurred
• "The return leg was held at Spotland seven days later." - needs verifiying with a reliable source
• The term header can be wikilinked
• "while Darlington's Kenny missed his" - source says Kennedy

@The Rambling Man: Made a change to the prose in the route to the final section to delete some duplicate information. Aside from that, am now promoting this article to GA class MWright96 (talk) 18:12, 1 July 2021 (UTC)
