Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. The AP (talk) 19:41, 8 December 2024 (UTC)Reply

West of the euphrates

edit

The current text "This offensive held particular significance as Manbij represented the final Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF)-controlled territory west of the Euphrates River" seems like it needs clarification. The SDF held Afrin Canton until the start of the current offensives, as well as Al-Thawrah. During the offensives the SDF captured other territory west of the Euphrates, so at no point was Manbij the only territory west of the river. CMD (talk) 12:21, 10 December 2024 (UTC)Reply

Fighting is still happening in Manbij

edit

Per the SOHR: "Meanwhile, sporadic clashes and tit-for-tat clashes are underway between “Manbij Military Council Forces” and factions of the “National Army” in the city’s neighbourhoods, amid growing military tension in the region, as the factions managed to take control of several neighbourhoods." The MMC is still fighting the SNA in the city. Des Vallee (talk) 23:56, 10 December 2024 (UTC)Reply

The city fighting seems to be over in a short period of time, regarding the region, there is a truce for SDF withdrawal from the city. 1. Mr.User200 (talk) 01:04, 11 December 2024 (UTC)Reply
